Warzone 2 Weapon Level List

by Ana Lopez

We all want to know what are the best weapons to use War zone 2 it’s the only way to make a winning recipe; the dough for your pizza, the pasta for your carbonara, the milk for your cornflakes. So it might interest you to know which weapons are on top of the War zone 2, list of weapon levels, and also where your usual weapon is to see if you need to switch. Well, without further ado, here’s the ultimate War zone 2 list of weapon levels.

Warzone 2 Weapon Level List

S level

Here are your best weapons. Your bread and butter War zone 2 experience (sorry, that’s the last mention of food, I’m hungry Codfish talks now). Everyone needs at least one in their inventory if you manage to get your Warzone 2 gear, even if you have a known favorite in your other slot. These weapons are the most accurate and hardest hitting weapons in the game.

RPK

There is one commodity that should be an S+ and that is the RPK. Whether you find it as loot on the floor or can afford to pick up your own custom RPK from the shop or gear drops, this gun really shreds into War zone 2especially with its incredible headshot multiplayer and lack of vertical recoil.

Fennec fox

Riot in the SMG game is the Fennec. With such a crazy TTK time in Warzone 2, it makes sense that the fastest firing SMG has the most impact. The Fennec also has good handling, low recoil and a lot of moving speed all in one.

TAQ-V

Unlike multiplayer, the TAQ-V is great for War zone 2, even taking over his assault rifle compatriot. The TAQ-V took a while to get noticed given its status as a battle rifle – a class that has been unanimously ignored until now – but since the turn of the year players have begun to understand just how powerful this AR is. /LMG hybrid. Of course, it does need some solid recoil-control equipment.

Kastov 762

Rounding out the S Tier is the Kastov 762, or the AK47 as we’ve known it in the past. Typically powerful, the 762 has one of the largest headshot multipliers in the game, making it deadly for the right players.

A level

The A-Tier guns are more than viable in War zone 2, the majority of which are best in class. Just sitting under the ‘meta’ choices, these are great choices for your gameplay and if the S-Tier weapons don’t suit your style or feel uncomfortable, this pick won’t disappoint.

Assault/Battle Rifles:

TAQ-56

Like its cousin, the TAQ-V, the TAQ-56 poses a threat War zone 2and may even be more to your liking than the S-Tier weapon based on familiarity as it is popular in Modern warfare 2 multiplayer. It’s a direct firing and powerful assault rifle with good movement speed, perfect for medium range combat with lots of enemies – a popular choice with aggro players.

M4

Equally impressive in the AR department is the M4, which once again proves the Ol’ Reliable of the Duty universe. There’s not much to add about the M4 as it’s just a fantastic weapon.

LMGs:

Raal MG

Bad luck not being in S-Tier, this gun is ridiculous, just feels like you’re dragging a big bertha around in the process. The huge magazine and easy-to-operate pistol spray make it perfect for blasting squads at long range. If you combine this purely for the sake of movement with a combat knife, you might have a winner.

Sniper/Sniper Rifles:

Signal 50

Unfortunately, none of the snipers make it to the S-Tier in our list, simply because no one can shoot a player with three plates in one shot. However, the Signal 50 comes close and is very accurate at long ranges.

SPX80

Again, the SP-X 80 couldn’t be pushed to S-Tier for all its prowess, but it remains one of the best snipers for its versatility and speed, which often make up for having to take two shots. on fully armored players.

SMGs:

Vasnev 9K

Just below the Fennec in the SMG game is the Vaznev. If you need a fast and comfortable SMG that fits like a glove in your hand, the Vaznev is your best friend. It doesn’t kill as fast as the Fennec, but some might prefer the way this SMG feels, as it’s slightly easier to control against faster and unstable targets.

Secondary:

Riot Shield

It pains me to put the Riot Shield in A-Tier simply because it’s the most annoying weapon out there. Well, it’s actually not even a weapon, more of a defense mechanism. But there is no escaping its effectiveness War zone 2considering that it sits on your back just as well as if you physically hold it.

B level

In a War zone 2 weapons list, the B-Tier weapons are in the middle of the pack. Something that will serve a purpose in your arsenal if looted, but not really a weapon you should have in your own loadout.

Assault/Battle Rifles:

Chimera, Kastov 74h, Kastov 545

I’ll start by saying the Kastov 74u could be higher, but as a preferred choice it’s only good as an SMG, and since it needs the AR ammo of your primary weapons, it’s not desirable. The Chimera and Kastov 545 also don’t have enough long range stability to match that of the RPK, so they can only be used at medium range. However, they can win gunfights, but not cross-map.

LMGs

Rapp H, Sakin MG38, HCR 56, 556 Icarus

The rest of the LMG class that is below the RAAL all come in B-Tier, as they aren’t bad to use, but given their speed, they aren’t the best choice to run around the map with. However, they can do serious damage with proper construction, so whatever floats your boat (well, whatever anchors your boat in this case).

Sniper/Sniper Rifles:

Victus XMR, MCPR-300, LA-B 330, EBR-14

The rest of the snipers all fit into the B-Tier, as they’re all solid enough picks for what they can do. The whole roster takes two bullets to the head or three to the limbs, but they’re nice and accurate. The EBR may also fall into this category, as the better of the Marksman Rifles due to its DMR-like duff-duff damage.

SMGs:

Lachmann Sub, FSS Hurricane, Minibak

These submachine guns aren’t bad choices, and if you’re happy with how they feel, you shouldn’t be put off using them. However, they lack the damage that those in A-Tier and S-Tier do. Ultimately, however, most SMGs prefer how you feel about them.

Secondary:

X12, P890, combat knife

The guns are most commonly used in akimbo mode and can be ridiculously brutal, but only at close range. However, the X12 does a lot more damage than in multiplayer, meaning they could be worth waiting to level up. Since some of the best S-Tier weapons are LMGs or battle rifles, having a combat knife in your back pocket to blast through Al Mazrah can be a huge advantage.

C level

Assault/Battle Rifles:

M16, M13B, STB556

Three more ARs make the C-Tier, with the last option Al Mazrah absolutely stinking. The M16 isn’t great, unlike in the good old days of Verdansk in 1984. It has way too much recoil to be viable War zone 2. For all the hassle of unlocking the M13B, it’s not the best option in Warzone 2 either, as it often lacks the damage to stick with the better weapons. Finally, the STB 556 is too much of a hybrid between SMG and AR to find a place in the current Warzone 2 meta, but poses a hand-held threat, especially in the later stages of games.

Sniper/Sniper Rifles:

SP-R 208, SA-B 50

Unfortunately, the Marksman Rifles are just too weak to follow in the footsteps of the Kar98K. It’s a nice change that allows snipers to be dominant in the scoped category, but it’s a shame these guns are so weak. Three shots to the head at long range just isn’t enough.

SMGs:

VEL 46, PDSQ 528, BAS-P, MX9

Like the Marksmen Rifles above, these SMGs are fun to look at, but lack the power to be a knockout in War zone 2. They take way too many bullets to rip through armor plates and by then there will already be a Fennec in your face.

Secondary:

X13, Basilisk, .50 GS, RPG-7

Unlike other years, the RPG-7 is not as effective in War zone 2, now that players have figured out how to protect themselves with trophies and Al Mazrah is not known for being vehicle heavy. As much as I’d like every player on the map to use only the Deagles and Magnums (oh how nice that would be), they’re not as powerful as they could be. Maybe those for the future.

D Tier

Assault/Battle Rifles:

Lachmann-556, Lachmann 762, FTAC Recon, SO-14

Aside from the aforementioned S-Tier TAQ-V, the battle rifle class is rubbish and they all plummet to the bottom of the War zone 2 list of weapon levels. They’re about as powerful as pea shooters, but their rate of fire doesn’t stop at what you’d need for this power to eliminate players. The Lachmann-556 is also the worst of the ARs, as the horizontal recoil is so bad you’re better off spinning and spraying blindfolded.

Hunting rifles

Bryson 800, Lockwood 300, Expedite 12, Bryson 890

Though I’m sure Shotguns will be strong at some point, in the current War zone 2 in the rankings they are all at an all-time low. None of them do enough damage to be good even at close range, and shouldn’t even be picked up as ground loot, it would be more beneficial for melee.

Sniper/Sniper Rifles:

TAQ-M, Lockwood MK2, LM-S

Personally, I feel sorry for the fallen soldier that is the MK2, but it has to be in the lower category because next to the TAQ-M and LM-S you could throw rocks more effectively.

Secondary:

JOKR, PILA, Strela-P

What a JOKR of a class, they are all a PILA s***. Puns aside, the launchers are where they deserve to be, and unless you specifically grind the camos, these should be removed from your loadout. Discard.

There we have it, all 51 guns arranged in one War zone 2 list of weapon levels. The meta may shift in the coming weeks, but for now you might want to look at the S-Tier and A-Tier choices the next time you design gear.
