Jayant Patil said that if the Shinde faction MLAs are disqualified in the Supreme Court verdict, the Shiden-Fadnavis government cannot remain in power. So President’s rule will come in the state.

Thackeray group MP Sanjay Raut said that Jayant Patil is right about President’s rule. Sanjay Raut has said that if everything goes according to law, 16 MLAs will be disqualified. “If MLAs including Eknath Shinde are disqualified, the government will fall,” Raut said.

The political upheaval that has been going on in Maharashtra for the past several days may come to an end after the Supreme Court’s decision. The court is going to give its verdict on the petition filed against Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and his group. The court has reserved judgment.

This petition was filed on behalf of Uddhav Thackeray. The petition seeks disqualification of 16 rebel MLAs. These MLAs include Eknath Shinde, Bharat Gogawale, Sandeepan Bhumre, Abdul Sattar, Sanjay Shirsat, Yamini Jadhav, Anil Babar, Balaji Kinikar, Tanaji Sawant, Prakash Surve, Mahesh Shinde, Lata Sonavane, Chimanrao Patil, Ramesh Bornare, Sanjay Kalingad, Sanjayth Rao. happens
