This recruitment is done by North Western Railway. Applications are invited for a total of 238 vacancies, out of which 120 posts are reserved for General Category, 36 for OBC, 18 for ST and 36 for SC.
Eligibility required for application
10th pass is mandatory for the candidate applying for Assistant Loco Pilot posts. Along with this candidate should also have ITI degree in trade of fitter etc.
Age limit – Age of the applicant should not be more than 42 years. Also the age limit has been fixed at 45 years for OBC category and 47 years for SC and ST category.
How much will be the application fee? – All category candidates are exempted from application fee, i.e. candidates of any category will not have to pay application fee.

Shortlisted candidates will be selected through CBT exam. Candidates who qualify the exam will be called for document verification medical exam. Candidates can check the released official notification for more information regarding this recruitment.
