Omega Protocol (Ultimate), released on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, is one of the most challenging pieces of content ever added to Final Fantasy XIV. Unlocking the Omega Ultimate Raid in FFXIV
To unlock the Omega Ultimate you must first have completed Abyssos: The Eighth Circle (Savage). This is the second level of the Abyssos savage raids, and at the time of the Omega Ultimate’s release, the hardest level 90 battle in the game. Once cleared, talk to the Wandering Minstrel in Old Sharlayan (X:12.7 Y:14.2). This is the same NPC you previously used to unlock Extreme versions of Trials.
Little is currently known about the Omega Ultimate, with even the most experienced groups taking weeks or months to erase Ultimate content. Currently we know that it is only accessible to Disciple of War of Magic level 90, and that it is an eight player task with a time limit of 120 minutes. The Omega protocol (Ultimate) can be accessed through the Raid Finder. You must have formed a group of eight players and everyone must have completed Abyssos: The Eighth Circle (Savage).

Omega Ultimate Rewards
After completing the Omega Ultimate you can earn a reward once a week. The reward can be redeemed with Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han (X:10.6 Y:10.0) for Omega Ultimate Weapons, the unique glowing ultimate weapon of this battle.
