How to cancel Spotify

Canceling your Spotify account is easy as long as you know where to look. Most companies want to keep you subscribed, so you have to jump through a few hoops to really get out there. If you want to know how to cancel Spotify, follow these instructions:

  • Go to and log in to your account
  • Under the ‘your plan’ tab, click ‘change plan’
  • Scroll down to where it says “Cancel Spotify.”
  • Click on ‘cancel premium’
  • You have canceled Spotify and your account will remain active until your next billing date
