Hospitals in Gujarat are overflowing with patients due to double season

Due to the sudden increase in heat in Gujarat, viral infections have taken over in many cities. Hospitals in Ahmedabad city are continuously overflowing with viral infection patients. The health system has also been running as more than 20,000 viral cases have been reported in the civil hospital of the city in a single week.
According to information, the state is witnessing an increase in the number of viral infections due to dual seasons of heat during the day and cold at night and early morning. In many districts and cities including Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Mehsana, Jamnagar, Junagadh, Amreli, Surat, Vadodara, Bhavnagar, Gandhinagar, there are queues of patients in private and government hospitals. Sources said that three patients are coming for treatment. On the other hand, there has been a rise in water borne diseases along with viral infections in the city. 116 children were admitted for treatment due to diarrhea and vomiting in civil hospital. 12 cases of dengue, 130 cases of jaundice, four cases of chikungunya, 126 cases of diarrhea vomiting, 61 cases of pneumonia were reported in this extra civil.
