This stunningly graceful girl squirmed through time and gracefully made her way through a hail of bullets, clearly on her way to stealing our hearts. But who exactly is Fu Xuan, what is her role and best build, and when can we expect to make her ours? Let’s take a look.

Who is Fu Xuan from Honkai Star Rail?
Currently, Honkai Star Rail’s Fu Xuan is the most mysterious of all the characters. Hoyoverse has not confirmed any information about her, she does not appear on the official one Honkai Star Rail websiteand we only got a brief glimpse of her during the Honkai Star Rail TGS PV trailer.
In appearance, she bears a striking resemblance to Yae Miko from Genshin Impact, with a touch of Sailor Moon aesthetic on top. As such, we think it’s likely she’ll be a lightning wielder and likely deal heavy elemental damage from a range. Alternatively, the trailer shows that she has powerful time management skills and can therefore deal imaginary damage such as Honkai Star Rail’s Welt.
Other than that, we can only say for sure that she seems extremely powerful, which is why we believe she will become a five-star character.
What is the best Honkai Star Rail Fu Xuan built?
As mentioned above, we know very little about Fu Xuan at this point and probably won’t find out more details until the latest Honkai Star Rail beta. We can’t yet predict what her best build or role will be, but we’ll be sure to update this page as soon as we get more information.
What Light Cone and Relics should I use for Honkai Star Rail’s Fu Xuan?
Like her build, we can’t predict what the best light cones and relics will be, especially since we don’t know which element she wields and which of the seven paths she walks. But as soon as we can test her and learn more about her kit, we’ll add our recommendations here.

We don’t have any details at all about Fu Xuan’s attacks and eidolons at this point, and Hoyoverse seems to be keeping a tight lip for now. We’ll update this guide as soon as we hear about what she can do, though.
Who is the voice actor of Honkai Star Rail Fu Xuan?
We don’t yet know who Fu Xuan’s English or Japanese voice actors are, but we do know that her CN voice actor is Hualing, who you may recognize from one of her many other roles, including Genshin Impact’s Klee and Teresa Apocalypse from Honkai Impact 3e .
