Chhota Udepur: Amalpur village in Bodeli has finally got a leopard cage. There was a lot of panic in the entire area for the last one week due to a leopard that hunted 2 children. Locals who got rid of leopard cages have breathed a sigh of relief.

Leopard cages are available from Amalpur village of Bodeli in Chotaudepur. The forest department carried out a daring operation to catch the leopard. Man-eating leopards will be identified only after medical examination. In the last 10 days, a man-eating leopard hunted two children and spread terror throughout the area. Now the local people, who are full of leopard cages, breathed a sigh of relief.

It is important that in the villages including Muldhar, Timbi, Jabugam, Dhoriwav, the locals were not ready to leave their homes due to the fear of leopards. Parents were not ready to send their children to school and farmers were also afraid to go to their fields. The number of children in the school was also seen to be negligible due to the fear of leopards. In such a situation, the locals had submitted to the forest department to end the menace of leopards.

Earlier, a man-eating leopard was caught in a cage at Savjipura village in Bodeli

A man-eating leopard was caged in Savjipura village after a lot of effort by the forest department. In which the leopard had hunted two children in the last week. Due to which the villagers were living in great fear. The villagers informed the forest department about this. Following this, three cages were placed by the forest department to catch the leopards.

Leopard scare was seen in villages like Muldhar, Timbi, Tokarwa of Bodeli taluk of Chotaudepur district for the last week. In which, after the attack of a child of Muldhar village, a child of nearby village Dhorivav has died while hunting a child. As a result, there was an atmosphere of mourning and fear in the entire diocese.
