Gujarati Video: Govt ready to restart sea-plane service in state government says vidhansabha, see video

It was informed in the house that the state government has spent 36 crores on the air service. Also, details of airplanes and helicopters owned by the state government were also brought up in the House. It was stated that two airplanes and one helicopter are owned by the state government.

Currently, the government has shown its readiness to start sea-plane service again in the state when the legislative session is going on in the state. In the Assembly House, the Minister of Civil Aviation gave an answer about the sea-plane and said that the sea-plane will be started again soon after taking action as per the rules.

The C-plane which was operating earlier on the Ahmedabad to Kevadia route will be resumed. Importantly, the sea-plane was sent for maintenance due to a malfunction, which has not returned till date, but after the government in the house signaled to restart the sea-plane, some hope has revived among the people.

Also, it was informed in the house that the state government has spent 36 crores on air service. Also, the details of airplanes and helicopters owned by the state government were also brought up in the house, in which it was stated that there are two airplanes and one helicopter owned by the state government. In the last two years, airplanes have been used 125 times and helicopters have been used 178 times and jet airplanes have been used 183 times.

8,04,15,940 spent on planes in the last two years (8 crore 4 lakhs) and for helicopters 7,09,11,055 (7 crores 9 lakhs) spent in the last two years. 20,87,46,635 (20 Crore 87 Lakh) was spent on jet airplanes in the last two years. The government gave this answer regarding Jamalpur MLA Imran Khedawala’s question.
