Then the farmers will be paid assistance for the losses due to unseasonal rains. The Agriculture Minister has announced in the Assembly House about the assistance to the farmers. The Agriculture Minister has also informed that the aid will be paid after surveying the damage in horticultural crops.

During the end of winter and beginning of summer in Gujarat, many areas have received unseasonal rains. Talking about the statistics, more than 10 mm of rain was recorded in 70 taluks. In general, assistance is given to farmers in areas that receive more than 10mm of rain. Then there has been a survey about crop damage in 16 districts. At the time of natural calamity, the state government has told the farmers to be with them.
