The island is only a fraction of the size of Al Mazrah and is better compared to Fortune’s Keep, which was also developed by the same team (High Moon Studios).

With Tsuki Castle – the map we know all too well we’ve been in World at war and Forefront – acting as a cornucopia of the map, both figuratively and literally, there are six other POIs that oscillate around the outskirts of Ashika Island.

The full list of Ashika Island POIs in War zone 2 Are:

  • Oganikku farms
  • City center
  • Residential
  • Tsuki Castle
  • Shipwreck
  • beach club
  • Port Ashika

Each POI also has more areas, broken down into what will serve as popular call-outs for your team to become familiar with.

Tired of shooting yet? There’s one place to blow off some steam on Ashika Island, as Beach Club comes in as the brightest POI on the map.

It won’t all be hula hoops and coconut drinks, though, as power over Beach Club will be important given the nearby locations.

Tsuki Castle

This is a landscape we’ve gotten quite used to, and after last year it didn’t quite fit the 6v6 multiplayer side of the franchise, it’s no surprise that the iconic building is being used as a battle royale map.

With plenty of open space even within the castle walls, players will be careful here as the sniper towers will be an important position of power throughout the game.

Shipwreck

It seems like every map we get these days has some form of a stranded boat on the shore, and the Ashika Island POI continues the trend.

With a small freighter washed up on the beach, there are also some familiar patterns in the sand that you will be very used to.

Residential

People have to live on this island, you know? Like any battle royale map we’ve had, there are plenty of houses to rummage through and find loot caches, weapons, and cash.

The residential area has apartment buildings, houses, a power plant and a water treatment plant, all of which have been cleared for looting.

Port Ashika

Much of Japan’s trade comes through ports, and the action around this part of the island will be as hot as it was before the Shadow Company exiled its population.

With plenty of harbor warehouses to find treats, there are also only a few ways to exit this POI on Ashika Island, making it a good one to grab from the edges.

City center

Town Center, filled with markets and shops, will be one of the most popular places of all the Ashika Island POIs.

If you’re a daredevil with a thirst for action, consider landing here where you can quickly loot and get into the mix before heading to Tsuki Castle for the endgame rotations.

This is perhaps one of the least dense landing sites on Ashika Island War zone 2 POI becomes an Assualt Rifle haven as looting opportunities are sparse outside of the long pendants.

Mastering this area will be difficult, with lots of entry points, but it can reap the rewards towards the end of games once you’ve shut down the rotation lanes.

That’s all the POIs of Ashika Island war zone 2, so make sure you get to know them all to fend off any competition on the new revival map.
