A four-lane overbridge will be constructed on a four-lane road in Ghatlodia, the constituency of CM Bhupendra Patel. A four-lane bridge will be constructed from Saibaba Mandir to Sun and Step Club in Ghatlodia at a cost of 81 crore 49 lakhs. Road and Building Committee of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has approved the work. This four lane over bridge with a length of approximately 975 meters will be ready. The construction of the overbridge in the authority area will end thousands of people suffering long hours in traffic.
Lack of bridges caused a lot of trouble to motorists and wasted time and money. When the bridge is ready, this problem of the locals will end.

This 1.2 km long overbridge has been prepared at a cost of 90 crores. Gujarat’s first and country’s third single pier overbridge has been completed after four years of operation. This overbridge opens on three sides namely 150 feet Ring Road, Gondal Road and Ahmedabad National Highway. Vehicles going to Gondal, Jetpur, Junagadh, Somnath, Porbandar, Dwarka also have to pass through here to go to Shapar industrial area.
Due to the facility of this overbridge, people who want to go from Rajkot to Junagadh and Gondal will be able to easily transport near Gondal Chowkdi without suffering traffic. Also, people who want to come to Ahmedabad from Gondal can reach Ahmedabad highway directly through bypass. Apart from this, travelers going to Gondal and Junagadh, Somnath, including Shapar-Veraval, an industrial area, have also been freed from traffic problems.
