According to the guide line from the health department, once again people need to take care against Corona. Use a mask when going to crowded places as a precaution. Wash your hands frequently with soap or clean water, cover your mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. After touching your nose, face or eyes wash your hands with soap or hand wash, patients should eat nutritious food, drink a lot of water and avoid smoking, lemon, amla, mosambi, orange, green vegetables should be included in the diet, experts have advised.
